I have been in the restaurant business for 30 years, and I can honestly say that the Panera on Bagley Road in Middleburg Hts is a first class operation. The employees are friendly and very efficient and I am convinced its because of the great Managment team at this location because everytime I am there the manager is working hard and leading by example. If I was to ever open my own business she would be the first person I would hire. This unit is so clean and well ran that I can't wait to visit on a daily basis. The atmosphere in this Panera is intoxicating.
I always go to the one near where I live so I stopped at this one. Their also great the staff was respectful place clean they are following the COVID rules. The food is always good all depends what u order haven't tried the pizza year but I will .
